We offer the opportunity to explore wine by glass, up to 38 labels of white and red wine using the hi tech Enomatic wine dispenser machines in our wine bar section.
The ultimate goal is to achieve balance and enhance the pairing of these elements, without restricting ourselves to old conventions and so as to deliver the unforgettable bacco experience!

With an emphasis on harmony of food and wine, Executive Chef/Partner Chandra Yudasswara brings his passion and experience of over 10 years to the table to delight our guests with cooking in touch of his stylistic touch.
OUR SOMMELIER
A familiar face in the local F&B; scene, Ponti Young is our resident Sommelier, is ready to educate and consult our extensive wine list. He has the expertise and knowledgable to give suggestions and food pairing recommendations.
MR. MIXOLOGIST
Our unique libations, created by resident Mixologist Oscar H. Prakoso and his team, pay homage to the classics while creating stunningly innovative creations for our late night cocktail scene, served at Bacco’s handcrafted Bar.
